Our family has been able to maintain a philosophy that has enabled us to develop the profession of charcutiers into authentic artisans of taste.

Who we are

THE ESSENCE OF MITJANS

The origins of our company date back to the late 19th century when our great-great-grandparents opened a store. They later opened a workshop which served as a larder for the peasants of the village supplying all kinds of groceries and sausages that the family made from animals butchered at home.

How we do it

OUR PROFESSION, OUR PASSION

Each day we receive the raw ingredients for the products to be made that day. We have high quality, healthy and fresh locally-sourced products. These are available thanks to the firm commitment we have made with nearby suppliers.

Every one of our product families are made in a different workshop, where the traditional way of doing things is faithfully reproduced.

At the head of each workshop is the group leader who, as with the ancient artisans, is responsible for ensuring that all the various processes are carried out with the care and detail required.
